Branch Operations

All Regal Branches are open from Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00 and on Saturdays and most public holidays from 08:00 to 12:00. Regal Branches are closed on Sundays. Our e-commerce site, www.regalsecurity.co.za, is open 24 hours a day and we deliver anywhere in South Africa. Sign up or log in to your account to purchase any Regal-stocked product.

Yes, Regal does have a Returns and Repairs Policy – when returning a product or requesting a repair, please take note of the following:
i.Proof of Purchase Required
No returns, exchanges, or refunds without the original invoice or proof of purchase.
ii.Condition and Timeframe
Goods must be in original condition and packaging, returned within 6 months of purchase. Handling fees apply if repackaging is needed.
iii.Testing and Warranty
Electronic goods will be tested before credit or exchange. Faulty goods within 6 months may be refunded, replaced, or repaired, subject to warranty terms.
iv. Exclusions and Limitations
Damage from misuse, incorrect installation, power surges, or unauthorised modifications is not covered. Repairs carry a 3-month parts warranty; uncollected repairs after 90 days may be resold.

Yes, the Regal Learning Centre equips Technicians, Installers, System Integrators and Sales consultants with the technical skills and knowledge they need to be a success in this field.
The Regal Training Centre provides both face-to-face and learn-at-your-own-pace courses covering a variety of topics, from a Basic Electronics course to courses on Access Control, Intrusion, Surveillance and Networking.

Regal does offer trade credit; however, all standard credit terms, conditions and procedures will apply.
A formal credit application may be obtained from your Regal Branch Manager or Regal Account Manager. Alternatively, you can email your request to credit.applications@regalsecurity.co.za . Completed credit applications must be mailed to credit.applications@regalsecurity.co.za.
In order to assess the requested credit limit, Regal may request your latest financial statements or the latest 3 months management accounts. These can be sent directly to finance or our insurer. All financial information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Please note that a credit assessment can take between 5 to 7 working days. During this period, assistance with orders can still be provided where possible and at the discretion of Regal management.
Credit Limit Reviews
Credit limits are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
If a higher credit limit is required, a request can be sent to credit.applications@regalsecurity.co.za.
Regal will always aim to offer you the best price on security products. Take your quote or proforma invoice to your preferred Regal Branch so that we can compile a comparative quote.
Stock can be delivered by prior arrangement and free of charge within 24 business hours to locations within a 50km radius of Johannesburg. For areas outside of Johannesburg, additional costs and timelines may apply. Please CLICK HERE to find out more.
All stock purchased through Regal’s e-commerce division can be delivered anywhere in South Africa, subject to terms and conditions – CLICK HERE to read more.

Training
The Regal Learning Academy offers several courses aimed at upskilling our Customers and their staff. These courses start with a Basic Electronics Course, which can be followed up with courses in Fundamentals in Access Control, Intrusion, CCTV and Networking. CLICK HERE for more information

Yes, you will receive a link to download a digital training manual which includes utilities, documents & software. (Valid for 30 days, but you can order a printed copy of the manual)
On achievement of 70% or more for the online exam, you will receive a certificate of attendance.

Repairs
The R 100 excl. VAT charged covers costs related to the handling of units on rejected repairs quotes. Costs include transport, technician time, admin etc. If the repair quote is accepted, this R 100 excl. is deducted from the cost of repair.
Yes, provided we carry the model and brand of the unit to be repaired. Our out of warranty procedure will be follow.Please CLICK HERE for more information.
Yes, with a labour charge allocated to your account.
For local repairs, within 3-5 working days from the date on which you book the unit in. If the repair is being done by a supplier, the ETAs will differ, depending on the supplier involved.
No, but we can faciliate the repair booking with Dahua.
By tracking of the serial number. In cases where there is a discrepancy, you will be asked for proof of purchase.
Yes, if the unit is returned within 7 days of purchase a straight swop can be done under the standard "Dead on Arrival" terms and conditions.
